STORY-MISSION-VISION
A remarkable society is built on pillars among which education appears as keystone. Whether in the family or social circle, education undoubtedly has multiple functions of promoting good values, strengthening the economy, creating a modern society, guaranteeing equal opportunities, and nurturing independence.
The establishment of The Way Out was prompted by the observation of the numerous education challenges facing the Ivory Coast. Given this, it was crucial to equip young people with the necessary tools to develop their innate abilities and build a more dynamic society. Our organization specializes in education, leadership, and social integration.
Founded in 2020 by Sidoine Bao, The Way Out has already made a significant impact on thousands of people across The Ivory Coast and beyond. We believe that every young person has the right to quality education, regardless of their background, and we are working tirelessly to ensure that this becomes a reality. Currently, we are active in the Ivory Coast, with plans to expand our reach to neighboring countries in the near future.
OUR MISSION
We believe many developmental challenges originate from deficiencies in our education systems. Therefore, our primary focus is on tackling these issues head-on. We are committed to promoting high-quality education through various means such as self-directed learning, research, innovative methods, and a culture of reading. Additionally, we actively campaign for educational reforms aimed at enhancing employability and adaptability.

Adhering to our belief that "education is the key that unlocks the golden door to freedom", we hope to provide young Ivorians with the tools they need to contribute to achieving sustainable development in the Ivory Coast.
